Situated in Alexandra, Otago—a semi-arid area in Central Otago renowned for its exceptional sun exposure and over 2,000 annual sunshine hours—this farm optimizes the region’s dry, clear-skied climate to deliver high-efficiency solar power generation with impressive yields per square meter.

The farm hosts 230 high-efficiency SolBright 525W monocrystalline solar panels, providing a total installed capacity of 120.8 kW. This robust setup is designed to achieve an average monthly output of 16,800 kWh of clean electricity, playing a vital role in promoting sustainable energy and lowering reliance on traditional power sources.

Spanning 1,100 square meters, ClearSky Ridge Farm boasts a comprehensive infrastructure featuring premium inverters for superior energy conversion, high-quality connectors and cables for dependable transmission, and advanced digital monitoring platforms that supply real-time performance analytics for enhanced efficiency and maintenance.

In keeping with our strong sustainability focus, the installation utilizes environmentally conscious ground mounts that reduce landscape disruption and preserve the unique local environment. Security and asset protection are prioritized with perimeter fencing and a comprehensive “all-risk” insurance policy, ensuring long-term reliability.
